Welcome to Minisi Petals! We take great pride in our handcrafted products and hope you'll love your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a damaged or incorrect product received.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Please notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Important: To claim for any damage during transit or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please record a clear, continuous video showing the seal being broken and the unpacking of all items. Claims without a video will not be processed.

Process for Returns

Once you contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and the unboxing video, our team will review the claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the next steps for the return or replacement.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during a sale or as a gift combo.
  • Customized orders.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at minisipetals@gmail.com.
